Product Warranty

We guarantee worksmanship on our products for one year, provided they are treated appropriately.  Given proper treatment, these pieces will last for many years. If damage to any of our products is caused by accidents, misuse, or events beyond your control, we will make repairs upon request, at your expense. Beaded jewelry can be fragile; it is made for occasional, not daily, use. If you would like us to repair a piece of jewelry, please you first call us. Repair may by contingent on your returning all jewelry components  or whether they are still available in our stock.

Returns

Call Before You Return an Item

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please call us within three days of receipt to obtain authorization and download the Product Return Form pdf. You must return your item(s) within 15 days from the date of receipt and include the  Product Return Form. We gladly accept items that are free from damage or signs of wear. Special Orders may not be returned. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns. Be sure to track the package, and insure it for replacement cost. 

Securely Package Returns

We need to receive your item(s) in their original condition. Use the original packaging, a padded envelope, or a small box with bubble wrap and include the Product Return Form. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, so we suggest you use adequate packaging and insurance. We issue credit to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. Shipping fees are not refunded.  We inspect and process returns within seven business days.

Note: It is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier, if items are damaged or lost during return shipping.
